BOOTCAMP 4567 - a great way to get in shape!
BOOTCAMP 4567 is a Noosa-based course designed
to teach and educate participants to exercise properly with exercises
that are adapted from the training developed for the Australian
Defence Forces.
Designed to be a lot of fun yet quite challenging – BOOTCAMP
4567 offers long-term rewards including increased strength and endurance,
improved cardio-vascular fitness and a boost to confidence levels.
Highly experienced ex-military instructors ensure a good workout
coupled with a high instructor to participant ratio.
All participants start with a basic fitness assessment (BFA), followed
by basic strength and cardio exercises – we then move on to
strength training and advanced military-oriented challenges.
The seven-week course consists of two sessions per week culminating
in a final three-hour challenge comprising everything participants
have learned during the course.
BOOTCAMP 4567 uses several superb locations with sessions moving
out to different venues, making the best of the beautiful Noosa
outdoor environment – from beaches to bushland to National
Parks. The final challenge takes place on a purpose-built assault
course deep in the Doonan forest.
The last day includes a group dinner at a great Noosa restaurant
as a reward for the weary participants!
Session times are usually 6am - 7am, but we can tailor corporate
courses to suit our clients’ requirements. It’s a great
way to get your business group fit and working as a real team.
